Practical informations for exhibitors

Accomodation

For accommodation, we propose to be hosted by volunteers. If you answer "yes" in the application below, you will be put in contact with one of the volunteer flutists or flute friends willing to host you.

Registration fee, conditions

The registration fee is fixed at 50€ + 5€ association membership (if you are not a member already) for one stand, regardless of size and duration. 

Exhibitors set up their stand in a classroom. Tables, chairs, and electricity will be available. This allows test of instruments in a quiet environment.

Outside opening hours, each room is locked by access badge and the building is secured by an alarm.

A crêpe stand will be set up near the exhibition. Meals at the stand is included for exhibitors.

Entrance to concerts is also included for exhibitors.

Registration

To register, simply fill the application avalaible below. By filling this application, you are commiting to pay the registration fee (50€) before the begining of the 2021 Journées de la Flûte à Bec. Otherwise we will not be able to take your registration into account.

The registration fees (50€) are payable by bank transfer or via HelloAsso website. The association membership (5€) is payable via HelloAsso or on the spot of the festival.

We would like to display your name and a link to your website on ours after your registration. If you do not want to, you can tell us.

In cases where the festival is cancelled (for health reason for instance), we will refund the entire registration fee.
